This rejection is a "non-final" rejection.
Its been rejected 8 times.
Tom will continue to submit it two more times, with the 10th rejection being another "final rejection"

It's the game he's playing to dangle the carrot.

RINSE, REPEAT...

When basically ALL CLAIMS are rejected in a patent...you need to revamp your approach completely or abandoned the patent.

...but not BVTK...just keep submitting the same thing. The fee is not that much and the pump value continues...

Bottom line...it’s NOT patentable.

So no more "bullish" feelings about the patent I guess. I bet Tom just made that BS up himself it sounds like something he would say. Gonna be funny when everyone realises his third rate software is and has been obsolete for years patent or not.
