I feel the paperwork was finalized today if this Sarnia flight is what I believe it to be.
On acquisitions typically upper management will view the property prior to final sign off to make sure they’re getting what they were told they were getting.
I’d imagine pwc drove them to and from the facility and they signed off on it in that time frame.
Remember pwc said they don’t need til the 18th. I was personally thinking the 7th at the latest.
