WOW, that is great work man. dated today and the funds can be used as soon as the 12th of sept.....right in line with our time line. I am sure all the funds are not for this, but for improvements as well maybe?????

If I had been the CEO of BIOA, and these ADM funds represent a buyout bid, I'd resign, too, being happy I had 1M shares! Of course ... who knows what ADM's doing ... yet?!

The way I read it, shareholders get screwed for another year. Archer-Daniels-Midland doesn't have to pay a dime until Sept 12 2019.
