this guy isn't an employee, at best a consultant, and like tony - "prawn genius" his reputation will IMPLODE just like anyone else's who has dared represent this scam of a "company" ado sad.... like buffett famously said.... "when great leadership ends up at a horrible company...... all that's left over is the sh***y reputation of the business." if he was a material officer or director or control person they'd have to file an 8k which they didn't do. he's another nobody who is about to lose his reputation and probably never work again.
