One big issue is that he states in MSMY release that he had a better " offer" a couple weeks ago so decided to rescind MGON deal...yet he then puts out news of app launches and the recovery show the 15 th blah blah...so if he was so trustworthy WHY didn't he stop the press a couple weeks ago instead of continuing to mislead investors in both companies???? That's a pretty shady move imo. All the while doing filings to raise money with new stock offer when he has lead us all to believe millions of revenues have and will be coming Q3/4.... So why raise money?? Seems like he played both pubco investors to buyin to the other. I hope he gets investigated. Hijacked pubcos and then he does shady crap?
