Rufus said that he will be in front of the SEC on Monday the 30, and his buddy (Ben?) on the 31st. He said he was asked to bring all personal records and bank statements. His buddy will have to bring all company records.
He claimed that he had already updated the company web site with lawsuit information, but none of it is there.
The noose is tightening around him every day.
The people on HSM are claiming to be psychiatrists and experts in analyzing people's voices and they have determined that Rufus is 100% accurate. Along the same lines as Rufus, make sure that your claims are so ridiculous that no one should believe you, one of the people claiming to be a psychiatrist said:
