the TRO violation...eh, minor imo. judge may threaten to give him a few days if he violates them again.
When i say devastating i mean:
-He admits to knowing the ADP numbers were false, and he admits that he intentionally took what he knew was false, and PR'd it. The SEC will look at the effect that had on price...and it did.
-He admits to writing the Benson letter. the SEC will get Benson to confirm this.
Those two things alone constitue fraud and grounds to have someone barred from ever coming near a security again.
