Seems like Conboy gets away with everything. As the sole officer, director, chairman, (one man show as he wanted it)He runs Eco entirely and leaves with massive amounts owing in back taxes to federal and payroll...millions and yet he somehow has gotten away with it. I would have assumed the state of CA would have held him liable as he was the only one that caused the taxes in first place...not paying them was on his shoulders and now new management walked into a mess and wil never recover...not sure why they are even suing Vuoozo...for what? Being Conboys puppet !
