Rufus "i learned this on the interent" Harris?
Let's say Rufus is indeed an expert...i'll tell you where his problem is/was. Instead of helping people understand, he appear to much rather assume a confrontational stance or sue anyone that has a problem with what is going on here. Fact of the matter is...Rufus has brought this on himself.
For one, he should not be worrying about what "nobodies" are saying about his company if he truly believes in what he has here. Thus far he has gone after or threatened AMTD, Canaday, Mensah, OS, Stocklemon, average joe message board posters, SEC individuals and host of others...all these people collectively have pushed back and Rufus recieved a rude awakening, by his own admission, on the Oct 24th of what being confrontational can lead to. ANd guess what, based on last night's interveiw...he STILL has not learned.
Instead of facilitating the process or showing people what he is about or intends to do, he threatens them, calls them idiots or tells them to go here and go there to find answers. If i were Rufus, i'd have a team in place just to help people understand. Fact of the matter, when people are this confrontational, they are hiding something or they give people reasons to go after them even harder.
The second most important thing Rufus could have done to help prevent this was SHUT UP!!!! That is not me trying to be humorous...that is the truth...that is as much a contributing factor to what has happened here as his threats and lawsuits.
what's done is done...the SEC have laid charges down...they won't back down and i suspect Rufus is in for an even more rude awakening in the coming weeks. The SEC will go after Benson and other people on the inside to turn witness for the prosecution. All they need to do is to get a few people to say they saw Rufus intentionally violate the law...and it's over.
Bottom line, it was Rufus inexperience and stupidity that caused the SEC to move on this uncharacteristically fast...
