LMAO no they cant, they dont even report to the SEC, not to mention they meet none of the requirements for being listed on NASDAQ. Its a minimum of 2 years to reach NASDAQ, not that I think for 1 minute that will ever happen. SMH



They are in default on the lowest tier of OTC which is not an exchange. LMAO
