Correct. 4-5 dollars per share organically is around a 2B Market Cap at 450-475,000,000 million shares fully diluted (warrants etc). I really dont think that MC is unattainable with Financing+BLA.
What “moves” would you like them to make? They cannot make weeks go by faster for trials and results. They cannot submit the BLA until they have what they need and get it right the first time. So what “moves” are you looking for? Short of a reverse split (patooey!) the share price needs a few more months before it really jumps, unless there is some licensing deal or sale of company.
