That deal is INSANE! Per the 10K, he worked for Eakle for that HUGE salary in 2014 and 2015. I wonder if he worked for them in 2016 to today.

How can Eakle pay a 'consultant' $120K a year starting in 2014 when the company was BROKE. This smells very fishy....

Is this "Consultant" still on staff? Making $120K per year? Is that why Eakle had to issue all those toxic notes? To pay this "Consultant" who we have no idea what work he did for the company?

Wonder why Eakle won't file the 2016 and 2017 FINS? Me thinks a lot more ugliness could be coming. I feel there's a lot more to uncover here folks. Maybe we'll be able to get Eakle behind bars sooner rather than later....we shall see.
