Even you have to admit the level of research and validation on the part of the SEC is lacking. No to go to the source and using second and third had information is just not good enough. I could understand I they gave Steven Candy a call. Hell he sent the C&D he has to know who owns the bonds. No they call a fund and asked them if the own a parts of a free trading bond. They did even know the $500M face value was $700M. I am sorry at these stakes everyone is due better verification that what the SEC has provided.
RPH might be scum but we will never know if that is all they are going to do. There is no way they are going to win this case with that. The signed documented bond agreements will trump those delegations. They are going to need more than that.
