They will have to prove whatever BS they conjure up. We don't need sh*t from them. It's a frigging pharma startup company with what of value or accomplishments? What more do you need to know at this point? Breathtec is @ V3 just like Cannabix. Are they getting split/taken over by a haphazard money pit? From a breathalyzer company to a nano cap pharma company is a wack move. Why? Kal n Co never made any real effort to keep Breathtec out of the gutter. Now it's simply a jugular vein money grab after we kept this pig afloat - while kal & Co deliberately let the company rot. Open your eye man! People still refuse to see this gang for who and what they are - stock flippers. They still have zero companies making any revenue. It's been a racket up to this point. Why expect anything different? You/others have to come up with you own Crystal Ball rational as to why you're about to get royally screwed once again. How much needs to be laid out before people understand the basics of truth? You have been in and out of this stock based on your own admissions. Therefore, you likely see things differently than someone who has not consistently flipped. I know tons of people who hung in there with this company. I'm not talking about silly little pocket change either. Only to be treated like dirt. The LOI is the last straw. F BS run.
