Is that all you can say you don't understand. The next hearing the SEC has to show cause to carry on with the complaint. That means they will need to document the bond ownership. Those crappy declarations are not going to carry their case. If CSHD doesn't own the bonds RPH and Ben will be inedited. If not the SEC will try another angel like the JV are not real or the complaint will be withdrawn. In any case victory will be implied by the SEC's actions on the 7th.
