I certainly hope that's the case. At this point, I believe shareholders should be extremely vigilant about Eakle and his actions concerning ALKM.

I believe his 945 million share issuance at .0001 torpedoed the stock price.

I sincerely hope he knows that ALKM is a publicly traded company and NOT an ATM machine for himself, his friends, his family, nor his associates.

And once again, you are incorrect. ALKM can raise the share structure any time they feel like it with the Nevada SOS office. FINRA has nothing to do with share increases, they only oversee reverse split and forward split requests.

ALKM already raised the AS from 900 million to 5.5 billion on 5/10/2016, when ALKM was delinquent.

And ALKM remains delinquent to this day.
