I have no HONEST ACCURATE IDEA, but I have always WAG'd DA BOYZ hold 85-90% of all of the preferreds.

This is also a very compelling part of my reasoning that DA BOYZ will do just about anything they can to get NEW Preferred shares in a SWAP to be RE-INSTATED if you will in a very large conglomerate with 100% APR and in a DELAWARE corp this time around

Remember that one of that GROUP was court ordered and forced to sell some 800,000 K shares they had obtained using insider info.

And that fact leads me to believe that they WOULD NOT cash out the K's if any S4V ever takes place here.
