All I was saying is that if it came to our subs it still comes to us just like it did when our subs were WAMU SUBS!!!!!!!!
To me right now the share PPS shows me at least a possible S4V and to the tune of 300 mill shares , run the numbers and ya come up RIGHT @$1.57 and where we be,WHEN our IMPLIED value with the numbers we have out ow is $200 so why do we sit at 1.57 ish??
I guess WALL STREET and the market are both just dummies or THEY SEE where it will be and have given it the value to INCLUDE the 300 mill and it makes the PPS $1.57
NO SIR a S4V just makes to much logical sense and is perfectly legal, Anything being said to it being illegal is misinformation, look it up in the DELAWARE Statutes or heck just look at any merger or buy outs that are done every day , they include STOCK or STOCK and CASH!!!
