Those people didn't lie. The SEC just didn't do their homework. Asking a company if the owned a portion of an bond issue with verifing the face amout of the bond is reckless. There is no way to twist it they sould have known that fact.
So no the did lie, but I am not lieing when I say the Gaints won the superbowl. Hell their case was so weak they got a TRO to tell RPH not to do what they claim he did. What a victory.
