I think Dalton is waiting on signatures to resolve old financial obligations from when UNVC failed to deliver a nicotine patch. That's my best guess here RN. I don't think he would be making unofficial statements about being close to new developments, without him thinking he is close. I believe him that he thinks it is close, but clearly his time estimate was very wrong when he stated it could be a matter of days. It is a guessing game whether we see something this week, or later this year... but I believe it is coming so I don't want to be left without shares when the music stops and everyone wants a seat.
