Lol, is he the CEO? Dont think so. My point is no one can provide anything that shows the company ever stated uplist by summer. A sticky on ihub doesnt make it official sorry. From what I see the CEO has said he intends to trade on the tsx. That's all. No deadline given or missed. :)
