What? Of course I said no such thing, If you believe differently, copy and post it here. Of course I didn’t, what I specifically said was: “Calling a number doesn’t confirm their existence as a fully operating company, cheeky - Fully Audited financials for SPRV would do that.”

FYI, an 8-K is required of an SEC registrant reporting the occurrence of significant corporate events - I realize SPRV is NOT an SEC registrant and have stated it is NOT, despite that being falsely claimed. They’re not even Pink Current, in fact they’re dark / defunct. Did you ever find proof of the claim that SPRV was/is an SEC registrant? No, because the facts show they WERE NOT. They were/are NOT SEC filers, they were NOT voluntarily delisted, they did NOT file a Form 15, they are NOT an SEC registrant. SMH.

Now fully reporting does not mean audited financials by any means but I believe if that does happen then we are moving up the boards to QX I suspect

SPRV does not even come close to qualifying for the QB, but a significant Reverse Split would help!
