All of their offerings to "accredited" investors had some kind of "make-whole" convertible attached - many of those folks bought in when we were trading well above a penny. Probably a good thing that they raised the AS to 8 billion as 2 billion may turn out to not be enough. Other than for salary, I think a lot of the money they raised went into the cryptocurrency initiative so I am very hopeful that we'll get launch and customer news in tomorrow's promised PR.
