The attorney letter could be taking longer then you expected it to maybe because they don't want it out yet. Maybe they don't want to be current yet for some reason. It is there last step they have to take to become current. These companies have reasons why they do things. Some times us traders don't understand them till they happen.

We have no clue why the attorney letter is not out yet, but I would not take it as a bad thing when you just watched them catch up 11 fillings after none were done since 2102. Remember this company has not been in business since 2002 and has not filled anything since 2012. There is a lot for them to do to get this shell ready for the merger. It's almost all done from what I can see.

Notice AIMH has no debt? Debt free because in 2002 the courts put the company into a custodianship with a few of the share holders and wiped out all debt. The shell is super clean and debt free. It's been dead since 2002 and is just being brought back to life. AIMH has an amazing share structure that lets it move super fast and when news hits this is going to run like no other from down here.. Amazing find for sure!!

I would highly suggest buying the dips and hold tight on this one.

PPS has gone back into its channel...just as I predicted. This tells me that many wise traders know the answer to your question, and aren't willing to take a big risk here.

No one should be surprised to see a skull slap or suspension.
