I agree there is dilution today, probably the leftover shares from the ones in the 8K still have to be sold by the finance folks.... However, they usually sell them fast, then let the stock breathe... We will just have to see how this works out... Anyone scared of a little dilution in a .003 stock on the OTC probably shouldn't be trading OTC's... GLTY
