The wayback archive disagrees that the website layout has changed... the layout of the website hasn't changed. https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://www.bio-amber.com/ Some of the news articles have been removed - and there appears to be no references to BK, CCNA process, or Eno's PR from July.

But removing links is not a complete overhaul - content changes.

Granted - I think this is positive changes; but saying it's an overhaul is a massive exaggeration.

Feel free to scroll thru above using arrows..as current date reflects jul 24th Minimal if anything has changed so complete overhaul is bogus.

Now compare to current site. Even the stock price has changed and nothing else. Also news was not removed just added to different tab.
