Negotiating a pharma deal has a lot of moving pieces
with no date certain for consummation....you have to
ensure funding to the conclusion of that variable process.


Waverunner why would they make a deal with Aspire if they are close to a partnership/buyout with BP?

Ensuring financial survivability prior to bargaining gives IPIX a slightly better position.

If their survival depends solely on the deal (near future), then the buyer will dictate all the terms.
