Understand that I've been investing since age 19, long, long ago. Have the money to show for it. Survived the tech debacle in the 1960/1970s, the dot com meltdown in the 90s, and whatever that crap was in 2008. LOLOL!

Agreed. The moat is that TPL fully owns the big chunks of land where the oil is. And the gas companies pay all of the drilling fees.
