The new sec rules have made it very difficult to place new shares, to the point that it's virtually impossible for pinks that are not current.

Additionally, most predatory lenders will avoid a low volume stock like the plague, so she may finally be forced to find other sources of revenue.

I would give fair warning to all if she ever brings this current: it will signal new shares becoming free trading and ready to be dumped on suckers.
