After the recent acquisition the older symbol has been delisted, this is why you are currently not seeing any value for those shares in your account. Also, it appears that today there was a ticker symbol and name change on these shares. This has delayed the update on your account.
Currently we are still waiting on instructions from the company as to the exchange of your old shares into new shares under the new name. Once we get this information we will automatically update your account. You can keep an eye on your portfolio to see when the shares are updated by going to the following page online:
"Trading & Portfolios" --> "Portfolios"
If you would like to place a trade on the security in the meantime, please call our (800) number listed below during normal market hours and request to speak to a broker. They will then see if an order can be placed for you.
