As of June 30, 2018, the Company has deferred revenue of $5,482 related to a down payment of $5,000 received from DarkPulse for a software build proposal and $482 of prepayments from customers for Tuitio, the Company’s new malware software. The company anticipates that the software build and Tuitio product will be available in August 2018.
