You left out the first of that sentence,

This might be as optimistic as their lawyers allow them to be. I interpret that sentence to mean, yes there will be capex savings as a result of the change to the de-watering strategy but without a issuing a revised feasibility study we can't offer a specific number.

I'm still feeling very positive about Nordmin.
