A Clark County Nevada Judge approved the Custodianship and this United States federally appointed judge made it permanent and official May 2017.

A good example of custodianship.

A pilot is flying a plane full of people who bought plane tickets. He decides he doesnt want to be a pilot anymore so he puts on his parachute and jumps out of the plane. Now theres no pilot.

Someone steps up and says I am a pilot I can fly this plane. The head flight attendant appoints him temporary pilot status. The man flies the plane and lands it safely in Hawaii. I call the man who landed the plane a hero....not a hijacker.

Old management jumped out of the plane in 2008. Now we finally have a new pilot Cole Smith and he is flying us to bigger and better places.
