Thats that same thing, net worth it value same meaning. My point is after r/s the value of your shares is more likely to go up than down because the company is trying to value itself higher not lower.

If your holdings it worth $1k before r/s I expect it to be worth at least that and more likely more since the market cap of the company will more likely increase than decrease based on the pricing of the shares after r/s.

I get what you’re saying on normal circumstances but when the company believes that is market cap should be closer to $10m than were it currently is then it’s not a stretch to think they’re going to be pricing the shares to better reflect the value after all the mergers and acquisition

You’re too focused on share count rather than value. You can have 100 shares @ $10 pps and value is still the same as 100,000 at $0.01

I am referring to net worth before, vs's after, the R/S.

Net worth of FLCR ? Same as now or less.

OR What the shareholder will have?

Well, he/she will have less shares that have a higher SP but it doesn't help them....

because then the price goes back down again... always does in stinky pinky land.

So then the shareholder will have less in $$ in their account...

It's rarely a "roll of the dice" in stinky pinky land.... pretty much a known after a RS.... getting out is the name of the game, hopefully with either a bit of a profit or not a huge loss.
