Thanks, James. Yes, it makes little sense that ADXS would have been using the ATM but now canceled the whole thing. It’s odd that ADXS would eliminate it for any reason, actually. It’s like canceling a credit card. There is really no harm in having it open, just in case.

Maybe when they use the ATM with Cantor it leaks out that they have. Maybe Ken has another firm in mind or just knows that the NEO results with Amgn milestones will get us out of this low share price nightmare by the beginning of 2019,and then he can raise a substantial amount of capital to make sure the company deals from a position of strength for HOT app partners going forward.
