So i was curious about this. Lets say you bring in $1M in revenue as a dispensary and $100k is pretax profit. I will assume an effective tax rate of 30% for the upper bracket and 20% on the lower bracket.
The dispensary would owe $300k in taxes to the IRS? and not $20k on the profits?
