I am so sorry to hear about your mom and dog. My mom died from a brain aneurysm 23 years ago. My prayers are with you and your family. We are here for you when you can make it back. You have to take care of yourself too.
Sorry to hear about your mom, but great to hear she's recovering well! Sorry about your dog as well...my girl will be 10 this year...she still acts like a puppy and hurts herself at least once a month from jumping and landing wrong. Not the sharpest tool in the shed...lol. I hate to think of the day when I have to say goodbye. I found her when she was a pup.
