$ GRCV. The Share Structure is in place and the reason the PP,s are moving up and you dont see the normal type trading you see on all other OTC Stocks is that the New CEO has been busy putting everything in place and he doesnt need are want the common shares to close on the deals he closes on like all other OTC stocks do.
