Pass the Series7 exam and get a pro-trading platform/subscription (or go work for broker / MM). That will be as "real-time" market data as you can get, and by working as a pro trader you'll learn to spot upcoming stock-moving events before retail does.
As for insider buy/sell info you're on your own there- Significant company insiders must file SEC forms publicly on their intent to buy or sell stock, and, when they are issued warrants, and, when they exercise those warrants.
Always pay attention to new SEC filings from a company. Set up news alerts in your trading platform or here in ihub to be auto-notified.
