Had you taken a few seconds to read my posts you'd see I'm obviously not a pumper here, I'm merely stating the well known fact that you generally get further in anything you do when you're not a screaming asshole about it and insulting anyone who disagrees.
Rufus' financial statements are not merely poorly written and inflammatory, they are fraudulant and deviate from generally accepted accounting principles. That is illegal. Stocklemon trying to claim that stupid investing decisions is fraud isn't illegal, it's just plain silly.
I managed to convey my opinion regarding the improper accounting in Rufus' 10k to the board without calling anyone who doesn't necessarily understand all the ins and outs of the accounting world a moron. One because I don't believe everyone who makes bad decisions is an idiot, and two because I'm not arrogant enough to believe that since I know more about one particular subject than someone else I'm any smarter than they are.
Nor am I arrogant enough to believe that I am inherently better than anyone else, though I do consider such arrogance to be bad breeding.
