The issue was singing up through the app. If you were to complete registration via the app, then $FTWS's IT department fixed the bug.

I like the website for FTWS (Flit) and I have a friend that told me they used their service in the past and it is very comparable to Uber and Lift.

Flit (FlitWays/FTWS) seems to have the infrastructure of their operations on the same track for growth.
