Lucky Doniboy?? Given the last three stocks I have worked to bring to the SEC have had their trading suspended and legal action initiated.... one would have to say it is a little more than luck don't you think?

Sure I'm the one who initially brought this to their attention. That wasn't luck.. that was skillful reading of this scam. The rest was simply digging up evidence and forwarding it to them and other regulatory authorities.. all of whom seem to have gotten into the act.

Nope.. no luck here pal.. just solid DD.

Doniboy,
It is people like you that enable scams like CSHD to continue.
I hope you lost a ton on this scam. I hope that trend continues until you can not invest anymore. The sooner the better.

Many longs are hypocrites. Get off Our-Street's case. If he did short a stock and then attack it on his web site, is it really any different from you buying a stock and then pumping it on a message board? Let he who is innocent cast the first stone - just look in the mirror before you do.

What he did may have been unethical or maybe even illegal (if he did that), but which of us have not done the same? Which one of us have not bought a stock and then said good things about it? Is it more wrong to short a stock and then say bad things than to buy a stock and then say good things?

Please, stop throwing stones. Even if he did attack a stock, if what he said was true, then who is to judge him?

It's pricisely because of folks like you that the term "it's a thankless job" is used so often. You'll never (willingly) realize that you targeted and flung mud at the wrong person. GET THIS IN YOUR HEAD: Rufus knew about this SEC investigation since August. The time line is laid out for you in the SEC documents. Read it. Did he tell you Doni that there was an informal investigation going on? Had shareholders (like you) known this, do you think some may have been able to protect their investments? Remember...some of you stated you were investing your kids future, your house equity, credit cards, etc....all very stupid imo...but none-the-less, who is Rufus to take that money willingly, but not keep you informed of an event that could cause you to lose it all?

He knew about this since late August (maybe earlier) Doni...when did you find out about? give it a rest already...Tim was never your enemy..

Unfortunately Doniboy, love him or hate him Our-Street has been pretty accurate on this POS no matter what his agenda. If he was shorting it and then lied about this, then he's bad. If he has shorted and then his information is accurate, then he's good. I am flabbergasted by the Rufus cultists and people that put "long" money into this POS and then sang Rufus praises. Too many Red Flags, way too many Red Flags. In fact I thought I was at a North Korean parade there were so many Red Flags.
