Hell for all we know they've decided not to do a reverse split and will instead get booted off the NAZ and just go it on the OTC for the next few quarters lol.

I accept that if it comes together with major management changes.

Doog, I doubt that very much. I feel the RS, especially since it has not already been done is the backup plan to keep listed. The fact they have not made an offering, while clearly in need of cash, tells me they are waiting on something.

My guess is it could be the Regabatin deal. Based on the operational update they wanted to ink something mid year. They only had 200k since July 11. why haven't they raised funds yet? My guess is they are waiting on something.

If that falls through then I think we see the RS in order to keep listed. depending on the deal we still may see a RS. but its a good one. we could easily recover to $1 a share. that is only a 50 million market cap. our competition is higher than that.
