The Dec 2018 extension was for the 2nd deliverable (custom spidersilk).

The shootpacks were the 1st deliverable and were due Apr 2017. Yes, they FINALLY delivered the shootpacks after 2 years and numerous excuses.

If they take 2 years to deliver the custom spidersilk, then you won't see anything until around Sep 2019.
