I personally celebrate everytime a scam company goes down hard. It's about right and wrong, and when this kind of shit doesn't fly anymore the world, and the market, will both be better places.

There is no investigation that I know of. The bashers just want you to believe that there is. I cannot tell you to invest or not. I am invested, I believe that it is a good play, but you have to make up your own mind. Good Luck.
