The loss is only a legitimate loss if the system is sound and the investor is 100% responsible for their decisions.
If the other parties aren’t doing their job they ARE liable and contributors to the chaos.
Your logic is bizarre. You would blame the patient for getting sick from a reaction to a medication instead of the FDA, Doctor, or Pharmacist
You’d blame a passenger for dying in a plane crash - not the manufacturer of the plane or the airline maintenance crew or the pilot... based on the fact the passenger should’ve done their research and known the risk - ridiculous!
