Again, for ImpactPPA to say it is partnered with Windstream is about a private company. What ceremonies that ImpactPPA, a private company, may or may not have is NOT governed by the SEC. That is uses WSTI mills or might have a ribbon cutting ceremony has no bearing on WSTI share price. They did not mention how many mills or how much they paid or how much money WSTI could account as revenue.

My thought has always been, Dan mentions Wsti in presentations anyone one can look up or ask Dan, show us or tell us more about Windstream. How does he explain to them "well I can't make a non public statement right now!" I mean how well do you think that goes over to the interested party? Its all we are asking and waiting for is a go ahead statement so we can all feel relieved.
Still trying to stay optimistic without throwing negative remarks.
