nsomniyak: good post. while the "delay" may not be intentional, i can believe that PV will do whatever he can (within constraints) to throw off the shorters and flippers. i can see nothing in it for him to telegraph his timelines to those who are not loyal shareholders. shorters would love to know exactly when and what is coming next.
