But also robbing shareholders to keep operations going if they can make it. I think they’ll play to continue if they can. Especially Mitch. And if they can limit their spend, work deals, etc., well... maybe...

The other thing about a strategy to run Helios into the ground is to avoid any lawsuits altogether.

There is still MoviePass. Maybe somehow it gets split off and decoupled from Helios. But here comes Amazon...

That Indian court, thing, true was determined fraud, but only was about $2.3M, or so. Gadoyaram and/or Helios could have paid back Indian investors by now (not might have, but could have).
