I wonder if you can read anything or do you just distort everything because you find that more convenient than posting something useful? It was 2014 plus information gained from 2007 through 2014 (a >7 year period). What has that to do with your 2004 date. What did you pull that out of?
The date of the University release is consistent with that released with current HYSR.
